Again, it’s been a long time since I write anything about me, is it?
And again, there’s a lot of tale to tell but maybe it’s an ego to say that it’s not concerning any of you… I tend not to drag anyone into my problem but is it a problem? Or a gift? Regardless, I happen to know that many of you want to know how I am faring these days. So I’m here to satisfy those in needs (haha!)
So yeah, anyway…. Let’s recap what’s been happening past …3 months? I’ve finished my university life on somewhere in September , and I plan to go straight to work but unfortunately, there has been a economical crisis on all around the world including Singapore, my destination. Indeed, it would be best to go straight to Singapore, stay there and find job at the same time but my family doesn’t support my stay in Singapore due to the financial problem.
So here I am, staying on Medan where my parent stays as well. I plan to work on Medan or somewhere near for quite some time to get some experience so I can level up and beat monsters…Uh, no…I mean so I can get a better reference in the future.
Hmm, what’s the most interesting story to tell? Uhm, I guess it’s about my “stupid” faith? I have a tendency to send just one CV to one company, wait if the company gives response or not, if not, then move on to the next company. Some may call it stupid but I guess my heart just doesn’t allow me to do it. I know God will reward those who are loyal, and yeah… I *almost* got the job on second try, thanks to Tony Piter, one of my friend in my amazing cell group!
So far, I have two interview. The first one was quite unexpected, it was a phone interview from Jakarta by Mr.Gary (or Gerry) who asks me questions about some networking stuffs then the company asks me to go through second interview next week. The interviewer this time is Mr.Darmin, the head of Medan PT.Panin Sekuritas. He asks me a lot of question about mostly anything.
After series of questions, he then ask me “Are you ready to be placed on Pekanbaru?”. I need time to think so I request one week to think about it, not more than 4 days, I’ve made my decision that I’m ready to put on Pekanbaru due to some reasons which is:
1. The company gonna train me for 2 – 3 months (They’re gonna train me about Cisco which will boost my CV in the future)
2. The company will take care of my transportation, utilities charges and accommodation both while training and on Pekanbaru.
3. PT.Panin Sekuritas is quite a large company in Australia and Indonesia, so I reckon I will get a boost on my CV in the future.
4. I’m always interested in new places, which excite me and are challenge to me at the same time!

Well, the final interview is tomorrow, so I need the best of luck tomorrow! Pray a lot and pray for me, guys!

EDIT: I have been interviewed for the third time and it looks like I will be accepted but still waiting for any news.
